| We See You! |
|
We have all had that day (week, month, quarter, year, career) of endless walks, scoops, clean, meet & greets, schedule, taxes, last minutes, taking care of that sick pet, you name it. It takes everything out of you some days. We see your dedication to the profession. We see the long hours you put in without a simple thank you. We see how you stay professional when others cut corners. We see the blood, sweat and tears you pour into your business and still hold up professional standards. We see the burnout and compassion fatigue and you push on to make sure your clients are taking care of.* You work so hard and NAPPS wants to say Thank you! March 5-11 is Professional Pet Sitters Week and you deserve a break. Celebrate YOU for all the hard work and dedication you give to this profession. Take some time during the week to do something nice for yourself. Grab a coffee and drink it while it’s hot or cold with ice (not melted). Get a pedicure for your aching feet. Get away for a night or a weekend, at least make a plan to do that. Do something for you! You make a difference in your clients’ and pets' lives. You help your clients’ go to work, go on vacation, and go through emergencies with less stress because you are on the job. NAPPS can’t say it enough, thank you for all you do. Pet Sitting is a better profession because you are in it.
