Conference is just around the corner, and you can feel excitement in the air! The Conference Committee has picked out an amazing host city, put together a great program and you’ve responded by getting on board early and reserving your tickets. Not what do you need to know before you head off to enjoy several days of learning, not just from the speakers but from like-minded business owners and vendors that will make your business life easier. How Do I Get There? Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is approximately 16 miles from The American Legion. The Airport is located at 400 Airways Ave. Savannah, GA 31408.

Before You Head to the American Legion: Food & Beverage
Please be sure to grab coffee, breakfast and or snacks prior to heading over to The American Legion.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on property. NAPPS has received the appropriate approval from The American Legion to have several Renegade Paws rescue dogs on property.
Conference Registration:
Registration will be located at the Ballroom on Bull Street ~ At The American Legion
Hours of registration are: Friday, March 1st: 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm ET Saturday, March 2nd: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET Sunday, March 3rd: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm ET
Wireless Internet Access: The meeting space room does have complimentary WIFI for all conference attendees.

6:00 PM ET – 7:00 PM ET Reception (Light Appetizers & Cash Bar)
Welcome Gathering:
On Friday, March 1st from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm a Welcome Gathering will take place at the Ballroom on Bull Street ~ At The American Legion. Please plan on attending to register, network and visit with the various exhibitors. The Gathering will offer light food options. Also, a cash bar will be available.
Betty Bombers will be available @ The American Legion following the reception.
Saturday, March 2, 2024 Please be sure to grab coffee, breakfast and or snacks prior to heading over to The American Legion.
12:30 PM ET – 1:30 PM ET Lunch & Learn
Sunday, March 3, 2024 Please be sure to grab coffee, breakfast and or snacks prior to heading over to The American Legion.
11:30 AM ET – 1:00 PM ET Lunch On Own
As you will see on the conference schedule, an extended lunch break will provide ample time to visit the various dining options in the area.
Note: there is a large Forsyth Farmers Market every Saturday year-round from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm featuring a variety of farm goods and prepared foods. Please plan accordingly as parking will be limited around Forsyth Park.
A list of suggestions for places to eat, have fun, and explore while in the city has been shared via the 2024 Conference Private FB Group.
All exhibitors will be located at the Ballroom on Bull Street ~ At The American Legion. The exhibit area is an integral part of the complete educational experience featuring new and innovative products and services. Current exhibitors include;
Raffle:
NAPPS will be hosting a raffle during the duration of the Conference which will feature items donated by exhibitors, sponsors, members, and local businesses. All attendees will receive two (2) complimentary raffle tickets upon registration. You will have the ability to purchase additional raffle tickets. All proceeds will go to our official charity, BISSELL Pet Foundation & Renegade Paws (located in Savannah).
Presents 4 Pets:
NAPPS will have a Presents 4 Pets campaign donation drop box. Pack a donation as all items will be donated to Renegade Paws.
Renegade Paws has provided a Wish List available here. It’s a lot of information so remember to have fun, make new friends, enjoy the company of old colleagues, see how the vendors can enhance you business and enjoy Savannah! P.S.
